Holwell Sports Bowls Club is located approximately 3 miles outside Melton Mowbray off the A6006 Loughborough road. Coming from Melton at the first roundabout, turn right (third exit). Take the first left, then immediately right, to the car parking area. The Bowls Club is through the gate to the Football Club and then right - past the seating area there is a gate leading into the Club.  Access is only available when games are being played – contact the Secretary to arrange a visit.

The Club is affiliated to The Stute which is on the same site.

You will find a warm welcome at the club which consists of a well maintained 6 rink lawn bowling green, a spacious clubhouse with a comfortable dining area, bar, kitchen, lady and gent changing rooms and toilets.

The club hosts a full range of Fixtures -National, County and District competitions, plus an extensive programme of lady, gent and mixed friendly matches. There are a number of Social Games, Fish & Chip Nights, and Commemorative Matches plus the full range of Club Competitions.  A Line Dance Social and a Skittles Night are also planned

A regular feature of each season is a Presidential Tour, which in 2012 will be to Torquay in July.
